How To Uninstall rstat-client On Debian 9

To uninstall rstat-client just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rstat-client

client for rstatdDebian 9.0net4.0.1-9
sudo apt-get remove rstat-client

This will remove just the rstat-client package itself.

Uninstall rstat-client and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rstat-client

This will remove the rstat-client package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rstat-client then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rstat-client

Or similarly, like this rstat-client

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rstat-client
