How To Uninstall rt4-apache2 On Debian 9

To uninstall rt4-apache2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rt4-apache2

Apache 2 specific files for request-tracker4Debian 9.0misc4.4.1-3
sudo apt-get remove rt4-apache2

This will remove just the rt4-apache2 package itself.

Uninstall rt4-apache2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rt4-apache2

This will remove the rt4-apache2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rt4-apache2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rt4-apache2

Or similarly, like this rt4-apache2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rt4-apache2
