How To Uninstall ruby-bluefeather On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-bluefeather just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-bluefeather

Extend Markdown Converter written in RubyDebian 9.0ruby0.41-4
sudo apt-get remove ruby-bluefeather

This will remove just the ruby-bluefeather package itself.

Uninstall ruby-bluefeather and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-bluefeather

This will remove the ruby-bluefeather package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-bluefeather then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-bluefeather

Or similarly, like this ruby-bluefeather

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-bluefeather
