How To Uninstall ruby-builder On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-builder just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-builder

Ruby library to facilitate programatic generation of XML markupDebian 9.0ruby3.2.2-4
sudo apt-get remove ruby-builder

This will remove just the ruby-builder package itself.

Uninstall ruby-builder and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-builder

This will remove the ruby-builder package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-builder then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-builder

Or similarly, like this ruby-builder

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-builder
