How To Uninstall ruby-cleanroom On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-cleanroom just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-cleanroom

Ruby module for safer evaluation of Ruby DSLsDebian 9.0ruby1.0.0-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-cleanroom

This will remove just the ruby-cleanroom package itself.

Uninstall ruby-cleanroom and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-cleanroom

This will remove the ruby-cleanroom package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-cleanroom then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-cleanroom

Or similarly, like this ruby-cleanroom

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-cleanroom
