How To Uninstall ruby-creole On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-creole just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-creole

Creole common wiki markup language to HTML converterDebian 9.0ruby0.5.0-2
sudo apt-get remove ruby-creole

This will remove just the ruby-creole package itself.

Uninstall ruby-creole and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-creole

This will remove the ruby-creole package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-creole then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-creole

Or similarly, like this ruby-creole

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-creole
