How To Uninstall ruby-cutest On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-cutest just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-cutest

Run ruby tests independantlyDebian 9.0ruby1.2.1-2
sudo apt-get remove ruby-cutest

This will remove just the ruby-cutest package itself.

Uninstall ruby-cutest and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-cutest

This will remove the ruby-cutest package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-cutest then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-cutest

Or similarly, like this ruby-cutest

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-cutest
