How To Uninstall ruby-execjs On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-execjs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-execjs

Run JavaScript code from RubyDebian 9.0ruby2.6.0-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-execjs

This will remove just the ruby-execjs package itself.

Uninstall ruby-execjs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-execjs

This will remove the ruby-execjs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-execjs then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-execjs

Or similarly, like this ruby-execjs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-execjs
