How To Uninstall ruby-fix-trinity-output On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-fix-trinity-output just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-fix-trinity-output

Fix output fastq files from trinityrnaseqDebian 9.0ruby1.0.0-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-fix-trinity-output

This will remove just the ruby-fix-trinity-output package itself.

Uninstall ruby-fix-trinity-output and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-fix-trinity-output

This will remove the ruby-fix-trinity-output package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-fix-trinity-output then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
