How To Uninstall ruby-flexmock On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-flexmock just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-flexmock

simple and flexible mock objects for testingDebian 9.0ruby2.0.4-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-flexmock

This will remove just the ruby-flexmock package itself.

Uninstall ruby-flexmock and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-flexmock

This will remove the ruby-flexmock package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-flexmock then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-flexmock

Or similarly, like this ruby-flexmock

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-flexmock
