How To Uninstall ruby-fog On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-fog just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-fog

Ruby cloud services libraryDebian 9.0ruby1.38.0-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-fog

This will remove just the ruby-fog package itself.

Uninstall ruby-fog and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-fog

This will remove the ruby-fog package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-fog then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-fog

Or similarly, like this ruby-fog

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-fog
