How To Uninstall ruby-http-parser.rb On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-http-parser.rb just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-http-parser.rb

Simple callback-based HTTP request/response parserDebian 9.0ruby0.6.0-3+b3
sudo apt-get remove ruby-http-parser.rb

This will remove just the ruby-http-parser.rb package itself.

Uninstall ruby-http-parser.rb and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-http-parser.rb

This will remove the ruby-http-parser.rb package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-http-parser.rb then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-http-parser.rb

Or similarly, like this ruby-http-parser.rb

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-http-parser.rb
