How To Uninstall ruby-jekyll-paginate On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-jekyll-paginate just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-jekyll-paginate

Default pagination generator for JekyllDebian 9.0ruby1.1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-jekyll-paginate

This will remove just the ruby-jekyll-paginate package itself.

Uninstall ruby-jekyll-paginate and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-jekyll-paginate

This will remove the ruby-jekyll-paginate package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-jekyll-paginate then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-jekyll-paginate

Or similarly, like this ruby-jekyll-paginate

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-jekyll-paginate
