How To Uninstall ruby-jekyll-watch On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-jekyll-watch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-jekyll-watch

Rebuild your Jekyll site when a file changesDebian 9.0ruby1.3.0-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-jekyll-watch

This will remove just the ruby-jekyll-watch package itself.

Uninstall ruby-jekyll-watch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-jekyll-watch

This will remove the ruby-jekyll-watch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-jekyll-watch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-jekyll-watch

Or similarly, like this ruby-jekyll-watch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-jekyll-watch
