How To Uninstall ruby-joiner On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-joiner just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-joiner

builds activerecord joins from association pathsDebian 9.0ruby0.3.4-2
sudo apt-get remove ruby-joiner

This will remove just the ruby-joiner package itself.

Uninstall ruby-joiner and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-joiner

This will remove the ruby-joiner package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-joiner then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-joiner

Or similarly, like this ruby-joiner

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-joiner
