How To Uninstall ruby-json-spec On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-json-spec just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-json-spec

Ruby library that provides JSON helpers for RSpec and CucumberDebian 9.0ruby1.1.2-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-json-spec

This will remove just the ruby-json-spec package itself.

Uninstall ruby-json-spec and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-json-spec

This will remove the ruby-json-spec package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-json-spec then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-json-spec

Or similarly, like this ruby-json-spec

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-json-spec
