How To Uninstall ruby-mab On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-mab just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-mab

templating engine for writing HTML in pure RubyDebian 9.0ruby0.0.3-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-mab

This will remove just the ruby-mab package itself.

Uninstall ruby-mab and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-mab

This will remove the ruby-mab package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-mab then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-mab

Or similarly, like this ruby-mab

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-mab
