How To Uninstall ruby-multipart-parser On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-multipart-parser just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-multipart-parser

simple parser for multipart MIME messagesDebian 9.0ruby0.1.1-2
sudo apt-get remove ruby-multipart-parser

This will remove just the ruby-multipart-parser package itself.

Uninstall ruby-multipart-parser and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-multipart-parser

This will remove the ruby-multipart-parser package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-multipart-parser then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-multipart-parser

Or similarly, like this ruby-multipart-parser

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-multipart-parser
