How To Uninstall ruby-nenv On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-nenv just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-nenv

convenient wrapper for Ruby's ENVDebian 9.0ruby0.2.0-2
sudo apt-get remove ruby-nenv

This will remove just the ruby-nenv package itself.

Uninstall ruby-nenv and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-nenv

This will remove the ruby-nenv package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-nenv then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-nenv

Or similarly, like this ruby-nenv

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-nenv
