How To Uninstall ruby-open-graph-reader On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-open-graph-reader just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-open-graph-reader

OpenGraph protocol parserDebian 9.0ruby0.6.1~dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove ruby-open-graph-reader

This will remove just the ruby-open-graph-reader package itself.

Uninstall ruby-open-graph-reader and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-open-graph-reader

This will remove the ruby-open-graph-reader package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-open-graph-reader then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-open-graph-reader

Or similarly, like this ruby-open-graph-reader

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-open-graph-reader
