How To Uninstall ruby-rabl On Debian 9

To uninstall ruby-rabl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ruby-rabl

Ruby templating library with JSON, BSON, XML and MessagePack supportDebian 9.0ruby0.13.0-2
sudo apt-get remove ruby-rabl

This will remove just the ruby-rabl package itself.

Uninstall ruby-rabl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ruby-rabl

This will remove the ruby-rabl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ruby-rabl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ruby-rabl

Or similarly, like this ruby-rabl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ruby-rabl
