How To Uninstall rwall On Debian 9

To uninstall rwall just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just rwall

Send a message to users logged on a hostDebian 9.0net0.17-7+b2
sudo apt-get remove rwall

This will remove just the rwall package itself.

Uninstall rwall and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove rwall

This will remove the rwall package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for rwall then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge rwall

Or similarly, like this rwall

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove rwall
