How To Uninstall x42-plugins On Debian 9

To uninstall x42-plugins just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just x42-plugins

Collection of LV2 pluginsDebian 9.0sound20161230-1
sudo apt-get remove x42-plugins

This will remove just the x42-plugins package itself.

Uninstall x42-plugins and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove x42-plugins

This will remove the x42-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for x42-plugins then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge x42-plugins

Or similarly, like this x42-plugins

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove x42-plugins
