How To Uninstall xarclock On Debian 9

To uninstall xarclock just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xarclock

reversed xclockDebian 9.0x111.0-14
sudo apt-get remove xarclock

This will remove just the xarclock package itself.

Uninstall xarclock and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xarclock

This will remove the xarclock package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xarclock then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xarclock

Or similarly, like this xarclock

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xarclock
