How To Uninstall xdo On Debian 9

To uninstall xdo just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xdo

small console-based utility to perform elementary actions on windowsDebian 9.0x110.5.2-1
sudo apt-get remove xdo

This will remove just the xdo package itself.

Uninstall xdo and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xdo

This will remove the xdo package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xdo then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xdo

Or similarly, like this xdo

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xdo
