How To Uninstall xdx On Debian 9

To uninstall xdx just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xdx

DX-cluster tcp/ip client for amateur radioDebian 9.0hamradio2.5.0-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove xdx

This will remove just the xdx package itself.

Uninstall xdx and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xdx

This will remove the xdx package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xdx then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xdx

Or similarly, like this xdx

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xdx
