sudo apt-get remove xfonts-cronyx-koi8r-75dpi

This will remove just the xfonts-cronyx-koi8r-75dpi package itself.

Uninstall xfonts-cronyx-koi8r-75dpi and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfonts-cronyx-koi8r-75dpi

This will remove the xfonts-cronyx-koi8r-75dpi package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfonts-cronyx-koi8r-75dpi then this will work.
