How To Uninstall xfsdump On Debian 9

To uninstall xfsdump just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xfsdump

Administrative utilities for the XFS filesystemDebian 9.0admin3.1.6+nmu2+b1
sudo apt-get remove xfsdump

This will remove just the xfsdump package itself.

Uninstall xfsdump and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfsdump

This will remove the xfsdump package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfsdump then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfsdump

Or similarly, like this xfsdump

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfsdump
