How To Uninstall xml-twig-tools On Debian 9

To uninstall xml-twig-tools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xml-twig-tools

linuxCommand line tools for processing XML documentsperl1:3.50-1
sudo apt-get remove xml-twig-tools

This will remove just the xml-twig-tools package itself.

Uninstall xml-twig-tools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xml-twig-tools

This will remove the xml-twig-tools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xml-twig-tools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xml-twig-tools

Or similarly, like this xml-twig-tools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xml-twig-tools
