How To Uninstall xmlcopyeditor On Debian 9

To uninstall xmlcopyeditor just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xmlcopyeditor

fast, free, validating XML editorDebian 9.0devel1.2.1.3-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove xmlcopyeditor

This will remove just the xmlcopyeditor package itself.

Uninstall xmlcopyeditor and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xmlcopyeditor

This will remove the xmlcopyeditor package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xmlcopyeditor then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xmlcopyeditor

Or similarly, like this xmlcopyeditor
