How To Uninstall xmms2-plugin-curl On Debian 9

To uninstall xmms2-plugin-curl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xmms2-plugin-curl

linuxXMMS2 - curl transport for HTTPsound0.8+dfsg-18
sudo apt-get remove xmms2-plugin-curl

This will remove just the xmms2-plugin-curl package itself.

Uninstall xmms2-plugin-curl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xmms2-plugin-curl

This will remove the xmms2-plugin-curl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xmms2-plugin-curl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xmms2-plugin-curl

Or similarly, like this xmms2-plugin-curl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xmms2-plugin-curl
