How To Uninstall xnbd-server On Debian 9

To uninstall xnbd-server just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xnbd-server

Network Block Device server with support for live migrationDebian 9.0admin0.3.0-2
sudo apt-get remove xnbd-server

This will remove just the xnbd-server package itself.

Uninstall xnbd-server and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xnbd-server

This will remove the xnbd-server package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xnbd-server then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xnbd-server

Or similarly, like this xnbd-server

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xnbd-server
