How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-input-multitouch On Debian 9

To uninstall xserver-xorg-input-multitouch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-input-multitouch

Multitouch X input driverDebian 9.0x111.0~rc2+git20110312-2+b6
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-multitouch

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-input-multitouch package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-input-multitouch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-input-multitouch

This will remove the xserver-xorg-input-multitouch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-input-multitouch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-input-multitouch

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-input-multitouch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-input-multitouch
