How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-input-mutouch On Debian 9

To uninstall xserver-xorg-input-mutouch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-input-mutouch

X.Org X server -- muTouch input driverDebian 9.0x111:1.3.0-1+b7
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-mutouch

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-input-mutouch package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-input-mutouch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-input-mutouch

This will remove the xserver-xorg-input-mutouch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-input-mutouch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-input-mutouch

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-input-mutouch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-input-mutouch
