How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-dummy On Debian 9

To uninstall xserver-xorg-video-dummy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-video-dummy

linuxX.Org X server -- dummy display driverx111:0.3.8-1
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-dummy

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-video-dummy package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-dummy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-dummy

This will remove the xserver-xorg-video-dummy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-video-dummy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-video-dummy

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-video-dummy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-dummy
