How To Uninstall xsltproc On Debian 9

To uninstall xsltproc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xsltproc

XSLT 1.0 command line processorDebian 9.0text1.1.29-2.1
sudo apt-get remove xsltproc

This will remove just the xsltproc package itself.

Uninstall xsltproc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xsltproc

This will remove the xsltproc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xsltproc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xsltproc

Or similarly, like this xsltproc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xsltproc
