How To Uninstall xstarfish On Debian 9
To uninstall xstarfish just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always add xstarfishagain by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just xstarfish
linuxhttp://installion.co.uk/debian/stretch/main/x/xstarfish/uninstall/index.htmlX wallpaper generatorutils1.1-11.1+b2sudo apt-get remove xstarfish
This will remove just the xstarfish package itself.
Uninstall xstarfish and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xstarfish
This will remove the xstarfish package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for xstarfish then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xstarfish
Or similarly, like this xstarfish
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xstarfish
