How To Uninstall amoeba-data On Debian 9

To uninstall amoeba-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just amoeba-data

Fast-paced, polished OpenGL demonstration by Excess (data)Debian 9.0non-free/x111.1-6
sudo apt-get remove amoeba-data

This will remove just the amoeba-data package itself.

Uninstall amoeba-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove amoeba-data

This will remove the amoeba-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for amoeba-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge amoeba-data

Or similarly, like this amoeba-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove amoeba-data
