How To Uninstall fex On Debian 9

To uninstall fex just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fex

sudo apt-get remove fex

This will remove just the fex package itself.

Uninstall fex and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fex

This will remove the fex package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fex then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fex

Or similarly, like this fex

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fex
