How To Uninstall fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208 On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208

Japanese TrueType font, IPAfont (JISX0208)Debian 9.0non-free/fonts1:00103-5
sudo apt-get remove fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208

This will remove just the fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208 package itself.

Uninstall fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208

This will remove the fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-ipafont-nonfree-jisx0208
