How To Uninstall fonts-mikachan On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-mikachan just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-mikachan

handwritten Japanese Truetype fontDebian 9.0non-free/fonts9.1-9
sudo apt-get remove fonts-mikachan

This will remove just the fonts-mikachan package itself.

Uninstall fonts-mikachan and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-mikachan

This will remove the fonts-mikachan package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-mikachan then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-mikachan

Or similarly, like this fonts-mikachan

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-mikachan
