How To Uninstall nttcp On Debian 9

To uninstall nttcp just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just nttcp

New test TCP programDebian 9.0non-free/net1.47-13
sudo apt-get remove nttcp

This will remove just the nttcp package itself.

Uninstall nttcp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nttcp

This will remove the nttcp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nttcp then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nttcp

Or similarly, like this nttcp

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nttcp
