How To Uninstall openzwave-controlpanel On Debian 9

To uninstall openzwave-controlpanel just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just openzwave-controlpanel

OpenZWave Control PanelDebian 9.0non-free/comm0.2a+git20161006.a390f35-1
sudo apt-get remove openzwave-controlpanel

This will remove just the openzwave-controlpanel package itself.

Uninstall openzwave-controlpanel and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openzwave-controlpanel

This will remove the openzwave-controlpanel package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for openzwave-controlpanel then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge openzwave-controlpanel

Or similarly, like this openzwave-controlpanel

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openzwave-controlpanel
