How To Uninstall f-spot On Debian 7

To uninstall f-spot just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just f-spot

personal photo management applicationDebian 7.0gnome0.8.2-5
sudo apt-get remove f-spot

This will remove just the f-spot package itself.

Uninstall f-spot and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove f-spot

This will remove the f-spot package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for f-spot then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge f-spot

Or similarly, like this f-spot

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove f-spot
