How To Uninstall isns On Debian 7

To uninstall isns just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just isns

Internet Storage Naming ServiceDebian 7.0net2.1-01+dfsg-3
sudo apt-get remove isns

This will remove just the isns package itself.

Uninstall isns and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove isns

This will remove the isns package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for isns then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge isns

Or similarly, like this isns

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove isns
