How To Uninstall ivy-doc On Debian 7

To uninstall ivy-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ivy-doc

The agile dependency manager (documentation)Debian 7.0doc2.2.0-2
sudo apt-get remove ivy-doc

This will remove just the ivy-doc package itself.

Uninstall ivy-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ivy-doc

This will remove the ivy-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ivy-doc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ivy-doc

Or similarly, like this ivy-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ivy-doc
