How To Uninstall janino On Debian 7

To uninstall janino just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just janino

Runtime Java compilerDebian 7.0libs2.5.15-1
sudo apt-get remove janino

This will remove just the janino package itself.

Uninstall janino and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove janino

This will remove the janino package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for janino then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge janino

Or similarly, like this janino

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove janino
