How To Uninstall jardiff On Debian 7

To uninstall jardiff just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jardiff

sudo apt-get remove jardiff

This will remove just the jardiff package itself.

Uninstall jardiff and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jardiff

This will remove the jardiff package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jardiff then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jardiff

Or similarly, like this jardiff

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jardiff
