How To Uninstall javahelp2 On Debian 7

To uninstall javahelp2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just javahelp2

Java based help systemDebian 7.0java2.0.05.ds1-6
sudo apt-get remove javahelp2

This will remove just the javahelp2 package itself.

Uninstall javahelp2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove javahelp2

This will remove the javahelp2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for javahelp2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge javahelp2

Or similarly, like this javahelp2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove javahelp2
