To uninstall jenkins-test-annotations just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jenkins-test-annotations

Annotation library for tracking testing in JenkinsDebian 7.0java1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove jenkins-test-annotations

This will remove just the jenkins-test-annotations package itself.

Uninstall jenkins-test-annotations and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jenkins-test-annotations

This will remove the jenkins-test-annotations package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jenkins-test-annotations then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jenkins-test-annotations

Or similarly, like this jenkins-test-annotations

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jenkins-test-annotations
